Our Story

Traditional Seafood Crudo

CRUDO Bluffton is a new restaurant hot spot in downtown Bluffton for outstanding wines and specialty prepared crudos. Our menu is an assortment of the freshest oysters, clams, crab, lobster, shrimp cocktail, and caviar with appropriate condiments and sauces. Special Events will be noted, private parties welcome.

We source the freshest possible seafood and produce available from dedicated farmers and fishermen. Our chefs take great care in using the finest ingredients available and looks forward to creating your new favorite dishes.

Try one of our delicious craft cocktails or a time honored classic that is treated with respect to tradition. Highly allocated Bourbon and Tequila play a prominent role on our back bar.

We are committed to finding great bottles from all over the world made by vignerons and farmers, not factories. Featuring the Verre de Vin tower, we can offer a greater variety of wines by the glass including Cru class Champagne! Come see what Certified Sommelier Brian Behnke has available.

A limited selection off our menu is available for take out. Please call in advance to order.

Dine In

Our recently updated dining area and bar welcome our guests with a comforatble atmosphere to enjoy your favorate crudo and wine or cocktail.

Private Dining

Private parties are welcome. Please call to have us arrange the perfect gathering.

Dress: No hats or tank tops on gentlemen. No athletic attire.

Guests under 13 years of age will be welcome during lunch service.

Corkage is $35 unless in the CRUDO Wine Society.

We do hold a limited number of seats for walk in guests each service.

FREE Parking! Yes, you may have to walk a couple blocks so plan accordingly for your reservation time. Tables will be held for 10 minutes.

Please indicate when booking if there are any food restrictions. We will try to accommodate but due to the size of our operation that may not be possible.
