CRUDO Bluffton is a new restaurant hot spot in downtown Bluffton for outstanding wines and specialty prepared crudos. Our menu is an assortment of the freshest oysters, clams, crab, lobster, shrimp cocktail, and caviar with appropriate condiments and sauces. Special Events will be noted, private parties welcome.

Food, service, and ambiance was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious, flavorful, and fresh. The cocktails are handcrafted to perfection. The Cajun Rabbit was served piping hot and the Poke Bowl special was well balanced and delicious. It has a big city aesthetic with a southern heart. Looking forward to our next visit to see what the chef chooses to serve up!
Wow what a great experience at Crudo. The food was off the charts and the service and atmosphere was great. We asked the owner to just send us out a variety of small plates and each was better than the next. The tuna was off the charts. The rabbit was the final course and so unique and delicious! This will be our go to place going forward!
Came here with a group of 8 for a friends birthday. Seating was comfortable. Fun and tasty food here. First time Ive ever had rabbit - the stew was incredible. Our whole table agreed. Presentation was on point. Lots of respect to the chef too. One very talented guy doing ALL the work. Try this place out.
Had a tremendous meal here recently. The tuna crudo was phenomenal, the linguine and clams & salmon catch of the day all slapped! Highly recommend....some of the best seafood we have had in the area.
